Order Processing & Shipping Policy

Clear, simple shipping expectations so you know when your order will arrive.

Processing Time

Processing time: 24–72 business hours for all orders. Most orders are sent to the carrier within 24 business hours.

Processing may be longer during high-volume periods (for example, holidays or special promotions). We prioritize orders with paid/express shipping to help them move faster through our fulfillment queue.

Tracking: After your order leaves our facility you will automatically receive an email with tracking information. All transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed by the carrier.

Estimated Delivery Times (Transit)

Estimated transit times depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout:

Important: Standard shipments typically arrive within 7–15 business days. If you need faster delivery, select an Express option at checkout.
These are estimates — carriers sometimes experience delays outside of our control.

Shipping Cutoff & Processing Schedule

  • Express orders cutoff: 3:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).
  • Regular orders cutoff: 4:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).
  • Order processing hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM PT. We do not process orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Adult Signature Required (PACT Act)

By law (PACT Act): All packages require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery. Carriers will check I.D. at delivery and will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

Please make sure someone 21 or older will be available to sign for the package. If no one is available, the carrier’s attempted-delivery process will apply.

Shipping Protection — What It Covers

Shipping Protection is designed to help cover lost, stolen, or damaged items. Review the criteria below to see when protection applies:

  1. Packages presumed lost:
    • Domestic (U.S.) shipments: 7 days after the last tracking update when status is not “Delivered.”
    • International shipments: 20 days after the last tracking update when status is not “Delivered.”
    • Tracking status remains undelivered or shows an alert.
  2. Only part of the order delivered: If multiple items were ordered but only some arrived (and there is no evidence of tampering), or if a multi-package order is missing one package.
  3. Marked as delivered but not received: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp so we can investigate. These cases are treated as potential thefts.
  4. Delivered to wrong address: If you entered the correct address at checkout but the carrier delivered to the wrong address, contact us and provide proof of the correct checkout address.
  5. Damaged on arrival: Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery. A damaged item is one that is clearly broken, crushed, shattered, or otherwise unusable.

We offer the following delivery methods and will show the best available option at checkout:

  • Registered Air Mail (Standard)
  • Express (UPS / Priority services)
  • Other carrier options may be offered at checkout based on destination

Warehouse location: Our fulfillment center is located in California. We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States (does not include Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico).

Additional Notes & FAQs

Q: When will I receive my tracking number?
A: You will receive a tracking email automatically once your package is handed to the carrier.

Q: Are transit times guaranteed?
A: Transit times are estimates only. Carriers may experience delays due to weather, customs (for international shipments), or carrier-specific issues.

Q: What if my package is delayed or lost?
A: If tracking does not update or shows an issue, please contact our Customer Support so we can start an investigation with the carrier. For “delivered but missing” or damaged items, notify us within the applicable time windows listed above.
