You may return any item in its original unopened package within 14 days of your receipt of shipment. EXTRE is happy to provide a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee.

Unfortunately, EXTRE cannot accept returns outside of this 14-day period for any reason, all sales are final.

If the EXTRE product unit you receive is damaged or non-functioning, we will be happy to replace it for you at no additional cost.

All Warranty claims will be facilitated by EXTRE. Please contact us within your warranty period and we will get you back up and running.
