ORDER PROCESS

There is a 24-72 hour processing time for all orders, with most orders sent out for delivery within 24 business hours. Processing time might be longer during high volume of orders, such as holiday seasons. We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible with processing priority to customers with paid shipping. After the processing period, an email tracking will automatically send out when the package is ready for shipment and sent to carriers for shipping deliveries. All shipping transit times are estimated delivery time and not guaranteed.

Our daily shipping cutoff time for express orders is at 3PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) and 4PM PST for regular orders. We process orders from 9:00AM PST – 4PM PST from Monday to Friday. No orders are processed on weekends and U.S holidays.

Due to PACT Act regulations, all packages will require Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery with I.D. check and shipping carrier has 3 attempts for delivery, please make sure someone is avaialble to sign the package.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection covers lost, stolen and damaged items that fit the following criteria. Review the policies to understand what lost, stolen, and damaged items it will cover.

1. Packages presumed to be lost

Order issues for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier (where the status is not “delivered”)

7 days after the last tracking update for United States domestic shipments

20 days after the last tracking update for international shipments

tracking status is undelivered or Alert

2. Only part of the order delivered

If the customer ordered several items in one package but only part of the order arrived and there is no evidence of tampering.

If a single order is being shipped in multiple packages and one package does not arrive.

3. Delivered but Missing Package

Order issues for packages marked “delivered” yet not received are considered stolen. Please contact with us within 48 hours after delivery.

4. Delivered to wrong address

If the customer input the correct address at checkout and the package was delivered to the wrong address.

5. Damaged Item On Arrived

Order Issues for damaged orders must be filed within 48 hours of the delivery date. A damaged item is considered to be a broken product that is unusable, clearly fractured, shattered, bent (if not bendable), crushed, etc.
